Arlo company provides devices and services for the Smart Home System, including security with AI. The company entered the market 6 years ago and continued development. About 2 years ago Arlo started its expanding outside the US. Today it works for 5 continents and 60+ countries. The Arlo Home Monitoring group is seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join Arlo QA Manual team.
Responsibilities:
- Bug reporting
- Exploratory testing of insufficiently tested modules
- Writing test scripts, sets
- Test planning and participation in defining the test strategy
- Interaction with the development team
- Acceptance testing – quality control of tasks performed by developers
- Analysis and testing of requirements.
Candidate’s requirements:
- At least 2 years of the strong experience in Android/IOS/Web testing
- Good understanding and strong experience in REST API testing
- Good understanding of Networks and their interaction
- Good knowledge and ability to work with JIRA
- Understanding how IoT devices work and BLE devices work
- Understanding of SSH, grep, git operation
- A thorough approach to documenting defects and the ability to search for the necessary information in logs
- Experience with Cloud using NoSQL/S3, Microservice architecture, Docker and Amazon Web Service
- English – strong Intermediate and upper (B1+)
