Dmitriy Vanitskiy is ITS chief operating officer.

Dmitriy was invited to the team in 2021 with the aim of organizing and setting up business processes for a rapidly growing company, structuring and improving such fields as career development and employee training, internship, and mentoring.

Mr. Vanitskiy manages ITS activities in Belarus, supervises the budgeting process, relationships with the personnel, financial transactions, and participates in improving the company's image and recognition.

Before ITS, Dmitriy worked at the National Bank of Belarus, leading one of its key departments.

Mr. Vanitskiy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master's degree in monetary circulation from the Belarusian State Economic University.
